**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Analytics Engineer to join our team. As a Planning Analytics Engineer, you will be responsible for building and administering TM1 models, providing support for existing reporting and analytics products, and developing new ones.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and develop complex data models using TM1
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations using Tableau
  • Work with large and complex data sets from diverse sources, structures, and formats
  • Provide technical support for existing reporting and analytics products
  • Develop new reporting and analytics products using web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
  • Apply TOGAF methodology to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Work with Insurance and Retail domain expertise to develop solutions
  • Develop and maintain data vaults using Snowflake
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide solutions

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of experience in BI, business analytics, or data science
  • Strong experience with SQL and data warehouse principles
  • Experience with working with large and complex data sets from diverse sources, structures, and formats
  • Proven experience providing support for existing reporting and analytics products while developing new ones
  • Strong experience with TOGAF methodology
  • Experience in Insurance and Retail domain
  • Demonstrated experience with Tableau, Snowflake, and Data Vault methodology
  • Very Good Communication Skills
