Job Description

We are seeking Relief Team Leaders to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the smooth operation of production lines, including set up, general operations, adjusting machinery and equipment where required, and cleaning.
  • Be flexible with roster changes and work interchangeably performing all tasks required on the lines.
  • Train others in all tasks on the production line and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accuracy of data input and reporting.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team and relieve Team Leaders when required.
Requirements
  • A strong safety mindset and compliance with safe work practices and leading by example.
  • Ensure the highest quality of products manufactured on site and maintain accurate and reliable machinery and equipment.
  • Demonstrate a continuous improvement focus and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work interchangeably across different roles and tasks within the production line.
