Production Line Workers Wanted

We are seeking assembly workers to join our team at a leading air conditioning manufacturer in Chipping Norton, Australia. The successful candidates will be based in Chipping Norton and will play a key role in the production process.
The job involves assembling items using manual hand tools with attention to detail and quality. You will also be responsible for reporting any issues or malfunctions to management and complying with health and safety regulations and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you must have good verbal and written communication skills to interact with supervisors and coworkers. Additionally, you must have good eyesight and the ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
You will work effectively as part of the assembly line layout and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following established rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble parts on production line with attention to detail and quality;
- Report any issues, malfunctions, or defective parts to management;
- Comply with health and safety regulations and procedures;

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to use manual hand tools such as clamps and screwdrivers;
- Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with supervisors and coworkers;

- Unrestricted full working rights in Australia.
