Senior Contracts Specialist

The role encompasses the management of collaborative contracts for maintenance services, fleet contracts, facilities management contracts, and professional services contracts.

This position is responsible for developing and executing contract management strategies, overseeing payment claims processes, managing contract variations and claims, and identifying, reporting, and mitigating contract risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing contract management plans to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Overseeing payment claims processes to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Managing contract variations and claims to minimize financial impact.
  • Identifying, reporting, and mitigating contract risks to protect organizational interests.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Law, Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a relevant field (preferred).
  • Diploma or Certificate in Contract Management or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in contract management in a complex organization.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contract law and best practice contract management.
  • Experience in alliance, collaborative, pain/gain share contracts.
