Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in civil infrastructure, construction, or mining/resource projects
  • Recognized tertiary qualifications in engineering or construction management
  • Proven commercial experience in forecasting, budgeting, EOM processes, and cost tracking
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Sound knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
