Senior Educational Developer Role

We are seeking an accomplished academic to join our Learning and Teaching Futures Directorate, transforming multi-modal education across our national campus network.

This is a full-time continuing position in the Learning and Teaching Futures Directorate at CQUniversity.

About the role:

  • Design innovative resources, advise on teaching practices, and promote effective learning principles that put students first.
  • Contribute to research, scholarship, and strategic initiatives that align with the University's educational goals.
  • Engage with stakeholders, participate in committees, and lead projects that enhance the educational experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with industry or professional experience.
  • Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching/Education or willingness to complete.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with university standards and academic writing.
  • Proficiency in university learning management systems (e.g., Moodle) and business support software.
  • Ability to deliver innovative courses and units using various teaching styles.
