Empowering Injured Clients through Rehabilitation Expertise

We are seeking talented individuals to join our rehabilitation team in a flexible hybrid working environment. This role will be based in Hervey Bay and involves working with clients to support recovery after injury or illness.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll play a critical role in empowering injured clients to thrive by guiding them through their rehabilitation journey with innovative support and solutions that make a lasting difference.

Key responsibilities include actively managing client portfolios with commitment and care, establishing collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders, conducting vocational and non-vocational assessments, contributing to a safe and supportive workplace culture, and managing time effectively while enjoying the autonomy of working a mix of on-site, in the office, and from home (if desired).

Qualifications as either an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist are required, along with registration with relevant professional bodies such as AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC, or RCAA. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (or alternative transportation options) are also necessary.

Desirable skills and experience include prior work in Workplace Rehabilitation, strong influencing skills to empower clients in their recovery journey, and a collaborative mindset for effective teamwork.
