About the Role

The team focuses on recovery and function to get clients back to work and life, regardless of age, stage or situation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply clinical reasoning skills to support people with physical and/or psychological injuries at work
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing
  • Perform assessments depending on area of expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite and ergonomic assessments
  • Work with stakeholders, including injured employees, employers, medical specialists and allied health professionals
  • Develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans, broadening skills across various schemes

Requirements:
  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Strong clinical reasoning and ability to engage in multidisciplinary teams
  • Passion to help people rehabilitate and experience in occupational rehabilitation
