Education and Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our education and rehabilitation initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To identify the educational and vocational needs of individuals, developing tailored plans for their growth and development.
  • To design, implement, and evaluate programs that cater to diverse client groups, promoting inclusivity and accessibility.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and deliver effective correctional rehabilitation programs.
  • To utilize exceptional communication skills to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, fostering positive relationships and supporting their rehabilitation journey.
  • To stay abreast of contemporary practices in offender management, incorporating evidence-based research and best practices into program design and delivery.

About This Role

This position requires a high degree of autonomy, flexibility, and adaptability. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles, curriculum design, and program evaluation. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in education or corrections
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective programs
