Senior Manager, Real Estate Credit

We are seeking an accomplished professional to join our Real Estate Credit Origination team in Sydney, Australia.
About the Role:- This key leadership position will drive the next phase of growth for the platform, overseeing real estate credit transactions across Australia.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of deal execution and strong client networks.
Responsibilities:- Originate new lending opportunities and maintain relationships with existing borrowers.
- Prepare and present term sheets and Investment Committee submissions.
- Oversee deal execution and due diligence processes.
- Contribute to product development and growth strategy.
- Mentor junior staff members and foster a high-performance work environment.
- Represent the business externally, promoting the platform to clients and industry partners.
- A senior executive with a strong background in financial modelling, credit analysis, and risk assessment.
- An expert communicator and negotiator with exceptional leadership skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
