Private Credit Lending Specialist
About Our Company:
Our organization is a non-bank lender specializing in real estate private credit. It focuses on senior secured debt across various asset types and collaborates with a network of brokers, borrowers, and intermediaries to provide flexible financing solutions outside traditional banking channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Source and originate senior secured real estate debt deals.
- Manage transactions from initial assessment through to settlement.
- Build and maintain relationships with borrowers, brokers, and intermediaries.
- Coordinate due diligence with valuers, lawyers, and consultants.
- Present deals to internal credit and investment committees.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in real estate debt origination and deal execution, with a strong understanding of property fundamentals and market dynamics. They are self-motivated, commercially minded, and skilled in relationship management and negotiation, preferably with a background in lending, capital markets, or real estate investment.
