Senior Credit Manager

This senior-level position is responsible for overseeing and monitoring the loan book, ensuring covenant compliance and structuring credit letters and term sheets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the loan book and ensure covenant compliance
  • Structure credit letters and term sheets
  • Liaise with stakeholders regarding recovery actions
  • Work collaboratively with Originators for structuring input and broader strategic guidance
Requirements:
  • 10-15+ years' experience in a credit risk or real estate lending role
  • Experience and understanding of construction finance
  • Strong track record of recent credit review responsibilities for transactions
  • Ability to balance portfolio risk and return
  • Deep expertise in real estate valuation, underwriting and assessing deals in the property sector
