We are seeking licensed security professionals to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our clients.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Provide superior customer service and support to clients
- Liaise with police and emergency response services when necessary
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
- Verbally de-escalate any customer aggression and keep staff safe
- Step in verbally to assist staff if any aggression
- Adapt to any situations that arise
- Follow direction from Security Team Leaders at all times

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Superior customer and client service skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Reporting ability to supervisor
- Security experience
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a collaborative way
- Physical capacity to perform duties including patrolling, responding and restraining persons
- Current First Aid certificate
- Ability to attain a Working with Children Check
- Ability to travel to different locations for work
- Intermediate computer skills
- Certificate II in Security Operations
- Valid Security License & First Aid Certificate
- Ability to work day shift and night shift when required
- Willingness to travel to cover multiple locations
- Ability to be responsive for ADHOC coverage
- Ability to travel without restrictions and own means of transportation
