Insurance and Compensation Law Expert

We are seeking an experienced Insurance and Compensation Law Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in public liability claims, ComCover and/or worker's compensation.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on complex insurance and compensation law matters. Your exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to effectively navigate the legal system and achieve optimal outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing written advice and recommendations on insurance and compensation law matters;
  • Gathering evidence through interviews and expert reports;
  • Preparing and advocating mediation in court proceedings;
  • Researching and staying up-to-date with changes in insurance and compensation law;
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' post-admission experience in insurance and compensation law;
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills;
  • A demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically;
