Workers Compensation Lawyer

A highly skilled and experienced Workers Compensation Lawyer is required to manage a diverse caseload of statutory benefits, work injury damages, and motor accident claims.
This challenging role involves working closely with an experienced and collaborative team to draft pleadings, statements, and legal documents with precision. Conducting legal research and providing accurate, client-focused advice are also key aspects of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of workers compensation and motor vehicle accident (MVA) claims from start to finish
- Draft pleadings, statements, and legal documents with precision
- Conduct legal research and provide accurate, client-focused advice
- Represent clients at mediations, conciliations, and court hearings
- Negotiate settlements to achieve the best outcomes for clients
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years post-admission experience in workers compensation, motor vehicle accident (MVA), or broader personal injury law
- Experience managing files independently is highly desirable
