**Job Opportunity:** Rental Sales Representative

Overview

This is a part-time on-site role where you will assist customers with rental inquiries, process rental agreements and handle payment transactions efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with rental requirements and answering their questions
  • Process rental agreements and handle payment transactions accurately
  • Manage inventory and conduct vehicle inspections to ensure rental vehicles are clean and ready for customers
  • Address customer complaints and manage returns effectively
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers
  • Ability to handle payment transactions and process agreements accurately
  • Experience in inventory management and conducting vehicle inspections
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines
  • Prior experience in the rental industry or sales is an advantage
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
