Job Description

This role involves working across various roles within the Patient Billing and Funding Department.

  • Perform eligibility checks, obtain admission approvals, provide estimates, procedural data entry, invoice and PO checking, process hospital claims, and debtor management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage payments, resolve claim denials, and ensure data integrity.
  • Verify insurance details and communicate with providers to resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain privacy.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in healthcare administration or hospital billing.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in electronic patient management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Able to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary package of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, plus generous salary packaging opportunities through our partner, AccessPay.
