We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to manage day-to-day operations in our office.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Organize files for court proceedings, manage data entry, and maintain accurate records.
- Provide administrative support, including document preparation, communication management, and reception duties.
- Liaise with legal professionals, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain compliance with relevant policies, legislation, and ethical standards.
Key Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) with excellent typing speed.
- Excellent communication skills, professional phone manner, and experience with switchboard operations.
- Cultural awareness, respect, and understanding of diverse communities.
