Medical Office Reception Team Member

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Junior Medical Receptionist to work in our medical office.
This is a casual, call-in basis position that suits school leavers or first-year university students. The successful candidate will work approximately 10-15 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 7:30 am and 6 pm.
The key responsibilities include:
- Front desk reception, greeting and booking in patients
- Booking appointments, answering the telephone, and faxing
- Data entry, stocking GP rooms with stationery and pathology stock
- Maintaining the practice's cleanliness and tidiness
The ideal candidate will be able to type efficiently and have a willingness to learn and commit to the position. Onsite training will be provided.
Requirements:- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills
