Visual Merchandising Leader

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the visual identity of retail spaces and delivering immersive brand experiences.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute in-store brand and VM strategies, partner with marketing teams to translate campaigns into engaging store executions, and lead the delivery of promotional activations and masterclasses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute in-store brand and VM strategies aligned to business goals
  • Owning the look and feel of all customer-facing physical environments
  • Partnering with our brands, marketing and merchandise teams to translate campaigns into engaging in-store executions
  • Leading the delivery of promotional activations, masterclasses, and retail theatre

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years' experience in visual merchandising, retail marketing or brand experience, and at least 3 years in a leadership role.
