With a portfolio of over 900 stores, 34 iconic brands (including HOKA, Skechers, Dr. Martens, Platypus, Hype DC, Stylerunner, Nude Lucy, The Athletes Foot, Sports Direct, Glue Store and Vans), and 30+ online platforms, we're not just selling shoes - we're shaping the future of retail. Accent Brands (a division of Accent Group) is looking for a talented Retail Visual Merchandise Manager to elevate the customer journey across our powerhouse portfolio – Vans, Timberland, Dickies, Lacoste, HOKA, UGG, Merrell & Saucony.

Reporting to the GM – Direct to Consumer, and partnering closely with Brand and Retail leaders, this role owns visual execution and sensory experience across our store network – ensuring every window, display and campaign feels premium, on-brand and irresistible.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading the national roll-out of seasonal campaigns and in-store activations
  • Developing visual merchandise directives tailored to each brand's identity and global positioning
  • Driving visual excellence across windows, floor layouts, POS and storytelling tools
  • Owning sensory experience (scent, music, lighting) to create immersive brand spaces
  • Partnering with field visual merchandise and store teams to drive compliance and high visual standards
  • Acting as the bridge between Marketing, Brand and Retail to deliver cohesive, premium execution
  • Visiting stores regularly and rolling up your sleeves to support major launches and events

What you'll bring

  • Experience in visual merchandise, retail marketing or in-store brand experience within fashion/footwear
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams – and translate brand strategy into practical store tools
  • Creativity, curiosity and a passion for brand storytelling and consumer experience
  • A love of fashion, sport, surf and street cultures
  • Willingness to travel across ANZ for store visits and campaign rollouts

Why Accent Brands?

  • Work across eight globally recognised brands with diverse creative identities
  • Own visual strategy and execution across an entire multi-brand retail network
  • Join a fast-paced, high-performing team that champions innovation and creativity

Ready to shape the next era of in-store experience? Apply now and help our brands stand out where it matters.
