We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Manager to lead the execution of seasonal campaigns and in-store activations across our multi-brand retail network.

This role will be responsible for developing visual directives tailored to each brand's identity and global positioning, driving visual excellence across windows, floor layouts, POS and storytelling tools.

The ideal candidate will have experience in visual merchandise, retail marketing or in-store brand experience within fashion/footwear, strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills, and the ability to lead and inspire teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the national roll-out of seasonal campaigns and in-store activations
  • Developing visual merchandise directives tailored to each brand's identity and global positioning
  • Driving visual excellence across windows, floor layouts, POS and storytelling tools
  • Owning sensory experience (scent, music, lighting) to create immersive brand spaces
  • Partnering with field visual merchandise and store teams to drive compliance and high visual standards

Requirements:

  • Experience in visual merchandise, retail marketing or in-store brand experience within fashion/footwear
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams - and translate brand strategy into practical store tools
  • Creativity, curiosity and a passion for brand storytelling and consumer experience
  • A love of fashion, sport, surf and street cultures
