Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical oversight and manage resolution of complex delivery issues.
  • Represent the architecture function in stakeholder engagements and inter-organizational forums.
  • Align solutions with enterprise frameworks, principles, and roadmaps.
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in architecture with broad technical expertise.
  • Proven experience driving the development of complex enterprise platforms.
  • Strong integration experience, including Salesforce and enterprise CRM systems.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Deep experience balancing competing project, program, and business priorities.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience acting as the bridge between business needs and ICT capabilities.
