Project Management Expert

Job Summary:

As a skilled Project Management Expert, you will lead and manage client projects from initiation through to successful implementation. You will ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage client projects from initiation through to successful implementation.
  • Provide remote installation, configuration, and training on cloud software solutions.
  • Foster and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients.
  • Offer ongoing technical support to clients through various channels.
  • Develop an expert level of knowledge in cloud software solutions.
  • Create instructive materials and online coursework to support client education.
  • Refine and enhance implementation, documentation, and adoption processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of experience working in a public practice accounting firm.
  • A thorough understanding and enthusiasm for technology and cloud applications.
  • Experience in implementing and integrating software either in a client or vendor role.
  • Experience with client support and training via online sessions.
  • Exceptional multitasking skills, with the ability to conduct multiple projects concurrently.
  • High attention to detail, strong interpersonal, organisational, and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
