About Our Project Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to lead our client projects from initiation through to successful implementation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timelines and deliverables are met, while providing exceptional service to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and post-implementation review.
  • Software Implementation & Training: With your technical expertise, you will provide remote installation, configuration, and personalized training on cloud software solutions tailored to meet client needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: You will foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Technical Support: You will offer ongoing technical support to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and online meetings, to resolve any issues that arise.
  • Expert Knowledge Development: You will stay ahead of industry trends by continuously developing an expert level of knowledge in cloud software solutions.
  • Educational Content Creation: You will create, maintain, and distribute instructive materials and online coursework to support client education and software adoption.
  • Process Improvement: You will refine and enhance implementation, documentation, and adoption processes to drive greater efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of one year of experience working in a public practice accounting firm is required.
  • A thorough understanding and enthusiasm for technology and cloud applications such as Xero, Xero Practice Manager, Xero Workpapers, Ignition, and FYI / Suite Files is essential.
  • Experience in implementing and integrating software either in a client or vendor role is necessary.
  • Exceptional multitasking skills, with the ability to conduct multiple projects concurrently, are a must.
  • High attention to detail, strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management capabilities are required.
  • Able to work in a team as well as independently.
  • A proactive attitude, complemented by a good sense of humour, is ideal.
