Job Overview

As a WFH Client Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing client projects from initiation through to successful implementation. This role is ideal for individuals with one year of experience working in a public practice accounting firm and a passion for technology and cloud applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage client projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Software Implementation & Training: Provide remote installation, configuration, and training on cloud software solutions tailored to meet client needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Technical Support: Offer ongoing technical support to resolve client issues.
  • Expert Knowledge Development: Stay ahead of industry trends by continuously developing expert-level knowledge in cloud software solutions.
  • Educational Content Creation: Create instructive materials and online coursework to support client education and software adoption.
  • Process Improvement: Refine and enhance implementation, documentation, and adoption processes to drive efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of experience working in a public practice accounting firm.
  • Thorough understanding and enthusiasm for technology and cloud applications such as Xero, Xero Practice Manager, Xero Workpapers, Ignition, and FYI/Suite Files.
  • Experience in implementing and integrating software.
  • Exceptional multitasking skills, with the ability to conduct multiple projects concurrently.
  • High attention to detail, strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management capabilities.
  • Able to work in a team as well as independently.
