Job Description:
In our company, we are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. This is a remote position that requires strong project management skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage client projects from initiation through to successful implementation.
  • Provide remote installation, configuration, and personalized training on various cloud software solutions.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
Able to Work Remotely, excellent multitasking skills, strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management capabilities, experience in implementing and integrating software either in a client or vendor role, experience with client support and training, both one-on-one and in small groups, via online sessions, exception attention to detail, proactive attitude, good sense of humour, high level of autonomy, self-motivated, adaptable, flexible, reliable, professional communication and customer service skills, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, ability to learn new technologies quickly, basic understanding of IT infrastructure and technical concepts.
