Treasury Operations Manager

  • Oversee daily cash management, ensuring sufficient funding for operational needs and monitoring cash positions.
  • Develop and implement transactional banking strategies, evaluate banking partners, and execute migration plans to optimize banking relationships.
  • Manage intercompany cash balances to minimize FX impacts and repatriate cash, adhering to Group Intercompany Funding Policy.
Relationship Management
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with external banking partners, ensuring consistent controls and compliance with internal policies.
  • Coordinate the issuance and cancellation of bank guarantees and ensure accurate AML documentation.
Risk Management
  • Execute FX hedges to mitigate currency risk and ensure timely payments of interest and fees.
  • Support treasury inputs for year-end processes and respond to audit queries.
Reporting and Analysis
  • Provide monthly reporting to senior management on the cash flow and liquidity position.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Controller to ensure treasury transactions are properly recorded and reported.
