Dynamic Diesel Technician Leader Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and motivated diesel technician leader to join our workshop team in Wodonga, Victoria.

About the Role

This pivotal position involves leading, coaching, and developing a team of diesel technicians. Your primary goal will be to ensure all key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved and that our customers have a positive experience with each interaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervising the workmanship and performance of assigned diesel technicians
  • Striving to continuously achieve service labor targets with repair and maintenance work
  • Driving a safe work environment with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Managing and monitoring all work in progress to meet benchmarks
  • Leading by example and advocating for core values of Integrity, Teamwork, Excellence, and Commitment
