About the Role

This pivotal leadership role involves guiding and developing an assigned team of Diesel Technicians to ensure exceptional service labor targets are achieved and customers have a positive experience.

Reporting to the Service Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Overseeing workmanship and performance of assigned Diesel Technicians
  2. Driving continuous improvement with a focus on safety and efficiency
  3. Managing and monitoring all work in progress to meet company benchmarks
  4. Liaising effectively with customers, peers, and management to achieve mutual goals
About You

You will be a true leader with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in motivating and inspiring a team. To succeed, you should possess strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

A proven track record of supervisory or leadership experience is essential, along with highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of management.
