This is an exciting opportunity to become a Business Development Manager in the infrastructure industry.

 

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales across Western Australia by leveraging warm leads, identifying new opportunities, and partnering with key stakeholders to convert and scale business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive business growth through new business acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, contractors, and suppliers to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Management, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business growth strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development strategies and optimize sales efforts.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business development, with a strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices, with the ability to stay up-to-date on the latest developments.
