Engineering Services Manager

Culture Amp is a leader in the industry, and we are seeking an experienced Engineering Services Manager to join our Reporting Services team.

This is an exciting opportunity to own the services responsible for analyzing data and creating insights for leaders of scale, supporting them to take meaningful action to create a better world of work for millions of employees.

About the Role

The successful candidate will design innovative technical solutions that balance tradeoffs to deliver on business needs, clearly communicating technical solutions with their team, peers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Mentor and develop a team of engineers, fostering their growth into future technical leaders.
  • Prioritize the product roadmap, sequence initiatives, and share timelines with stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver customer value balancing technical tradeoffs, team capabilities, and capacity.
Requirements

We are looking for a technical leader who can balance hands-on technical skills while empowering and coaching engineers.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Solid understanding of systems architecture and programming, preferably in Kotlin/Java.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver customer value.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
