The Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be working in a fast-paced environment in a team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and customer service. You will be the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals, providing information and support regarding patient results and other healthcare-related matters.

You will be reporting to the Customer Experience People Leader, using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a range of stakeholders, including patients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Prioritizing and managing a high volume of patient inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction and experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and information.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve patient complaints and concerns.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and customer service.

About You

You will be a customer service professional with 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or customer-facing role. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
