We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Softtest Pays. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering enterprise solutions via technology providers in complex programs and projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop business analyst artefacts and documents using Agile methodologies, including Epics and User Stories, Scrum, or Kanban boards.
- Facilitate workshops with senior and multidisciplinary stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Undertake quality management activities, such as peer and quality reviews of specifications and design documents, to ensure designed solutions meet business requirements.
- Work in multi-disciplinary teams in Agile and similar methods to co-ordinate and assure systems delivery outcomes.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SAP CRM and the NDIS process.
- Documented at least 5 years experience working as a Business Analyst delivering enterprise solutions via technology providers in complex programs and projects.
- Demonstrated experience and skills in requirements elicitation and definition, user interface requirements risk analysis, scope modelling, and sequence diagrams.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops with senior and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Demonstrated systems delivery experience working in multi-disciplinary teams in Agile and similar methods.
- Demonstrated experience undertaking quality management activities.
- Demonstrated familiarity with SAP CRM and the NDIS process.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development.
