Welcome to Healthscope, a leading healthcare provider. As a Hospital Educator, you will play a crucial role in planning, developing, and delivering nursing education courses and programs within our hospital.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering high-quality educational programs for nursing staff, graduate nurses, and students
  • Providing hands-on educational support and clinical teaching to all staff
  • Ensuring the dissemination of current best practice knowledge to promote high standards of evidence-based nursing care
  • Supervising staff compliance to annual Mandatory Training and completion of eLearning components

Essential Criteria:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
  • Post Graduate Certificate in a related specialty area (or working towards)
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a hospital setting
  • High degree of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
