Opportunity to lead a high-volume sales team is available in Canberra for an experienced New Car Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager. Alternatively, Senior Sales Consultants with solid dealership experience are invited to apply for this key leadership role.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to motivate and direct a team of sales staff to achieve their targets, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and providing exceptional service to customers. They will be responsible for implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improving overall business performance.

This position offers a competitive remuneration package consisting of a base salary plus superannuation and a company car. On-target earnings are approximately $140k per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Motivate and direct a team of sales staff to achieve their targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve business performance
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to monitor progress and make informed decisions

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a New Car Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
