Service Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to lead our maintenance teams across Port Hedland & Tom Price Regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the progress of service jobs and lead a team dedicated to supporting our customers across the region.
- Uphold our steadfast commitment to a culture of safety, ensuring all team members prioritize safety in their actions and decisions.
- Recruit, develop, and coach team members to promote a strong team-orientated environment within the division and other departments.
- Analyse work place risk and implement necessary changes promptly.
- Represent Komatsu whilst building relationships with customers, employees, vendors, and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Motivated, customer-focused, experienced manager with proven leadership skills.
- Financial reporting experience; including revenue forecast, P&L and WIP management.
- Knowledge of earth moving machinery and the mining industry or similar experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
