Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Administrator to join our team in Port Hedland, WA. As a key member of our Distribution Business, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, managing inventory, and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the parts and warehouse team with inventory management and supplier invoicing
  • Complete accounts payable, mail management, and general administrative tasks
  • Provide world-class service to our customers
  • Arrange training and maintain accurate records for technicians
  • Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to build relationships with internal and external customers
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in service administration, preferably in the automotive or trucking industry
  • Intermediate skills in Word and Excel, with experience in ERP systems (Movex preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service focus and interpersonal skills
