Customer Experience Champions Wanted
We are on the lookout for exceptional individuals to lead from the front and deliver an unforgettable customer experience at our new venue in Pentridge. As a Customer Experience Champion, you will be the first point of call for our customers and play a pivotal role in ensuring we consistently deliver fantastic service and beer.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new venture between AVC and Brewdog from the ground up. Our mission is to make others as passionate about great craft beer as we are, and we want you to help us achieve this goal. In return, we offer accredited training and advancement programs, staff discount across 190+ venues in Aus and NZ, and a competitive hourly rate of $26.00 - $39.00 per hour.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A passion for the industry and commitment to a successful career in hospitality
- Capacity to work in a team environment
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Current RSA certification
- Availability to work weekends and evenings
