Bar Manager Job Overview

The Bar Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations in the bar. This includes managing staff, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and tidy environment.

This position involves operating the bar when on shift, undertaking end of shift actions such as till reconciliation and venue closure, and training staff on opening and closing procedures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing stock control, maintaining the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the bar and beer garden, and ensuring club related signage is up to date.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
