About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you immersed in a fast-paced environment, working hands-on with coworkers to champion a strong safety culture and promote best practices. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert support to teams before, during, and after shifts;
  • Ensuring seamless operations and effective resource allocation;
  • Championing a strong safety culture and promoting best practices;
  • Visiting worksites, engaging with crews, and providing guidance and support;
  • Maintaining accurate records in our electronic systems;
  • Providing administrative support and processing customer requests efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a WA C Class driver's licence;
  • Hold a White Card (or be willing to obtain one);
  • Have a minimum of 2 years' experience guiding and supporting small teams in construction, transport, logistics, security, warehousing, or hospitality;
  • Be focused on safe work habits, culture, and practices with a strong history of safety awareness;
  • Have good computer skills and the ability to use various software programs daily to document operational information;
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and the confidence to deal with a variety of people on a daily basis;
  • Demonstrate strong logical thinking and creative problem-solving skills;
  • Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow documented processes;
  • Demonstrate experience being a team player;
  • Be available to work over various rosters to suit operational requirements.
