About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Sharon Bennie, a leading specialist property recruitment agency. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and achieving sales objectives for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and achieve sales objectives
  • Research the market and assist in the review of product mix to ensure alignment with client goals
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop sales collateral and display suite set-up
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Sales Suite, including managing external agent channel partners
  • Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth
  • Build and maintain a database of potential buyers and provide key information on units, features, and structure of the building
  • Educate buyers regarding the project, property investment, and provide general property market commentary
  • Provide ongoing communication with purchasers through to settlement
  • Assist in the hiring and management of Sales Executives and Host/Assistant
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to achieve sales objectives
Requirements
  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in selling off-the-plan apartments
  • Experience in managing external agent channel partners
  • Real Estate License
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work weekends from launch onwards
