Job Title: Fitness Club Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Fitness Club Manager.

  • Lead a dynamic team of employees in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee all aspects of staff management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive membership sales.

Responsibilities

- Fulfilling sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Creating engaging content for social media platforms

- Managing and developing the performance of club employees

- Hiring and training new staff members

- Meeting performance metrics related to revenue, ordering, inventory, cost controls, and facilities maintenance

- Implementing corporate policies, business practices, systems, and processes

- Ensuring that all front desk systems are followed

- Providing exceptional customer service

- Making effective decisions regarding customer service issues

- Maintaining a clean, safe, well-maintained, and operationally sound club environment

Requirements

- Strong understanding of sales and operational excellence

- Ability to multi-task and stay organized

- Positive, motivating, and effective communication skills

- Strong computer skills, with knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office programs (Excel, Word)
