As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base. You will inspire people to begin their wellness journey with us, helping thousands become faster, fitter, stronger and happier versions of themselves.

The role is highly varied, with two clear goals: achieving growth through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service. You will be skilled in all things Goodlife, seamlessly swapping between sales and lead generation, delivering positive outcomes.

  • Contribute to sales initiatives using promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate high-quality sales leads through community outreach and new business opportunities
  • Achieve required lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Deliver sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
  • Open and close the club as per the roster
  • Involve in retention programs and inspire members to continue their fitness journey

We offer a realistic OTE of $70,000-$75,000, plus super, along with a complimentary all-access membership and career opportunities within the industry.
