We're seeking a dedicated professional to drive our proactive safety and wellness culture across Asia Pacific. As Safety and Wellness Manager, you'll lead excellence in this critical area, fostering an inclusive and culturally aware environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a high-performance safety and wellness culture region-wide
  • Develop and implement a wellbeing framework for physical, mental, emotional, social, and workplace well-being
  • Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, risk management frameworks, and psychosocial safety obligations in Australia and Asia
  • Foster a culturally aware safety and wellness culture respecting diverse employee backgrounds across Asia Pacific
  • Champion psychosocial safety through evidence-based education, support programs, and assessment tools
  • Promote digital transformation by adopting safety and risk management platforms
  • Lead best-practice injury management, early intervention, and return-to-work initiatives
  • Establish strategic partnerships with external providers for EAP services, drug and alcohol testing, and health services
