Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Site Manager to lead the delivery of correctional facility upgrade projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing on-site operations, ensuring compliance with security requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

This role demands a leader who can balance meticulous planning with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach. You will be responsible for coordinating trades, driving programs, and ensuring that all works meet safety, quality, and compliance standards.

About the Role:
  • Manage day-to-day site operations, including subcontractors and trades
  • Ensure all works meet safety, quality, and compliance requirements
  • Liaise with project managers, clients, and facility stakeholders
  • Drive program to achieve key milestones on time and within budget

The successful candidate will have proven experience delivering commercial or social infrastructure projects, ideally with correctional facilities or airport experience. They should possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a live and secure facility environment.
