Senior Project Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team.
This role will involve working on challenging projects in the CBD and Greater Melbourne, collaborating with a well-established demolition contractor.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in demolition and civil construction, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar, along with 5-15 years' management experience on projects with a value of $1m-$20m+, is required.
Additional qualifications in project management will be beneficial. The successful candidate will also possess effective problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a high level of expertise in managing site project teams.
Responsibilities:
Tender planning and execution
Construction activity planning and scheduling
Site project team management
Quality Assurance, Cost and Time Management
Management report preparation
Timely resolution of site issues
Client and stakeholder liaison
Internal and external resource coordination
Team recruitment and mentoring
