Job Description

The organization is seeking a skilled professional to provide regulatory, administrative, and educational support for the implementation of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance issues. The ideal candidate will have expertise in evaluating the level of compliance with applicable federal regulations and contractual requirements while customizing System Security Plans (SSPs) for clients.

Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the privacy and security of customer information, as well as conforming SSP documentation to meet the requirements of the clients' desired security framework. Additionally, the selected individual will act as Project Manager for each assigned SSP project and assist in developing new products/services for the organization.

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST 800-171/CMMC Level 2 (DoD), Center for Internet Security CIS 18, Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS), HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOC 2, and others. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of Microsoft Security Platform tools such as Azure Active Directory, Endpoint Manager/Intune/Autopilot, Business Defender are also required.

The selected candidate will serve as an active team member for multi-discipline security projects and assist in preparing presentations or exhibits to explain framework controls and socialize security controls into the client's culture. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or Business Administration is preferable, and the Registered Practitioner (RP) designation awarded by Cyber-AB is highly valued.
