Store Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Domino's. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shift Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Cash Control and Security: Maintain accurate cash handling procedures, manage store security, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Customer Service and Conflict Resolution: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, and promote a positive store image.
- Staff Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of staff, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and store performance.
- Rostering and Scheduling: Assist with rostering and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels, manage labor costs, and maintain a healthy work-life balance for staff.
- Inventory Management: Assist with ordering stock, managing inventory levels, and completing stock-takes to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Food Safety and Quality: Assist with Food Safety Supervisor duties, ensuring that all food safety procedures are followed, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Recruitment and Training: Assist with recruitment and training of new staff, ensuring that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service and meet store performance expectations.
- Close of Shift Procedures: Assist with close of shift procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed, and the store is secure and ready for the next day.
- Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure store environment, reporting any incidents or concerns to management.
