Store Operations Manager

As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store. This includes:
- Shift Running: Overseeing the daily operations of the store, including managing staff and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Cash Control: Maintaining accurate cash handling and reconciliation procedures to prevent losses.
- Customer Service and Conflict Resolution: Providing excellent customer service and resolving any conflicts that may arise in a professional and courteous manner.
- Staff Management: Supervising and developing a team of staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Assisting with Rostering: Helping to create and manage staff rotas to ensure the store is adequately staffed at all times.
- Assisting with Ordering Stock and Completing Stock-Takes: Supporting the ordering and stock management process to ensure the store has the necessary stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Assisting with Food Safety Supervisor Duties: Helping to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for customers and staff.
- Assisting with Recruitment and Training: Supporting the recruitment and training of new staff members to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Assisting with Close Shift Paperwork: Helping to complete any necessary paperwork at the end of each shift to ensure accurate records are kept.
- Safety and Security: Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and staff by following all relevant health and safety procedures.
